sir, my rank in cusat-2013 is 17876(gen) and 136(ARQ) is there any chances to get a admission in any branch?

WITH 17876 AND A GENERAL CANDIDATE...it would be quite difficult but keep hope,lets hope this year rush would be less and u get admitted.......ARQ????

ARQ means In army quota my rank is 136
by Fresher (250 points)
but this year army quota seat is available for mba not for btech....
As per prospectus:

C.2.V.  Army Quota
 One seat of M.B.A. (Full-time) programme is reserved for Army officers recommended by the Army Head Quarters.
