necessary to pay whole fee??

sir, if  i get any branch in 1st allotment... and i want to reserve my seat with very less fee than 82000  till spot round { provisional admission}... then, is there any process for that?

Inorder to secure your seat the candidate should pay Full fees in cash and submitt all their certificates at the counselling venue.. ! else the seat is long gone !!
