is supplimentary valuation is tougher than regular ?

I am unable to clear my only back paper remaining in s3 after attempting several times,I have passed 90% of papers in 1st chance.Is there no mdoderation in supplimentary examinations???  I am getting nearly 40 in every attempt.

Yes a bit tougher evaluation .. i hope you are giving the paper for revaulation. ! 

#Moderation : your moderation marks may be completely used and there wont be any moderation credits to use, thats why no moderation is given !
