we had a rule that, hostel facilities will be made available to first years only after 1 st year.. many reasons behind that desicion.we are not sure that rule is still tere or not.. anyhow make an enquiry at the venue about the accomadations . Dont worry you can easily find many PG accomadations and private hostels near the campus.
