When will the 1st allotment list be published for B.Tech programme, it is getting very late now.

Also, with 3820 rank (non-keralite general) will I appear anywhere in 1st allotment list?

The first allotment is for the CAT ranks ranging from 0-1000 and tehy are called on first day of counselling. The allotment dates are out. and the Btech / M.Sc photonics allotments will be started @ 03/07/2014 . Check the Whole CUSAT CAT Schedule on the below link

You mean no prior information about the allotment of the seat to a candidate will be given? Also with 3820 rank, do I have any chance that I'll get Mech, elec, civil, comp sc, IT in any of the two colleges when i go for counselling on 8th of july?
