Will I be omitted from the ranklist if I write an improvement exam?

I have registered for 1st year improvement exams for some subjects. If the answer is yes, is there any way to cancel my registration?

Nope you wont ... if your marks increased then it wil be changed on the ranklsit.. else its avoided as far as i know.
