you should have mentioned me the credits you lost in those papers!
well! maximum there can be a loss of 10 credits.
still you have 34 credits 
and to cope up with year out you need to have (3-2)*15=45 credits till the third semester.
this is as per the (n-2) rule.
coming back to the point in s3 you have 22 credits . so even if you pass in only half of the subjects (just for example)
still you will have 34+11=45 credits which means no more worries for year out.
