I am 2010 passout,have 1 arrear.If I pass the paper before 2013 and have 60% or more,will I get first class degree?

Nope bro.. as far as we know you will be pushed to 2nd class if u pass out by 2014 with 60% marks..

I enquired about this in Cusat exam section and they replied that my first class chance will remain till april-2014.Then how come this is possible. Can you clarify my doubt?

Sure we will.. ! the new law might be for 2012 scheme.. but will surely look into it !
