 Also, the endorsement certificate to be issued by the head of the institution where the student is studying says the following:  Quote:
"It is certified that all Information given by the applicant ………………………………………………. son/
daughter of …………………………….. are correct and s/he is pursuing the BSc/ BSc Hons/ Integrated MSc / MS Program in Course # like Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Life Science/ Zoology/ Botany/ Statistics/ Geology/ Geophysics/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ -------------------- since .................................... with the following major subjects:

One of the best way to get ur doubts cleared are by contacting the officials directly....so i would suggest u to contact the officials :)
