    Make sure you clear all these defects in your question.

    1. Which Valuation ? . even if you said which one their is no way we have that info.
    2. University passes laws for every affiliated colleges of it. (if it purposfully excepts any college.) So if the year back order is passed surely it will affect TKMIT !
