if you dont wish to take civil then you should go immediately to the iraa department and get your higher options cancelled partially that is you should remove ce1f from your waiting list or there are many chances that you will get upgraded to it whenever any cancellation or upgradations occur and if further upgradations to cs dont occur then you will have to take civil only
