refund of fee

What is the need of cheque leaf of candidates acount for refund of fee.?
Is it compulsory the bank acount is candidate's acount?.can i use my parents bank acount for refund of fee?

thats not a big deal buddy,create ur account yaar..it wouldn't take much time anyway......about using ur parents bank accounts clarify by calling the officials..........

Since the cheque leaf contains all the necessary details of your bank account it will be easy for the officials to do the refund procedure easy thats why they are asking us to bring a canceld checqu leaf
