Chances for ME1P ?

i got a seat in CE1P....my current waiting list status as in !st of july for ME1P is 15....are der any chances my rank is 1465

15 payment seats are tough to clear .... so u might have to stick with CE .... both fetch u good govt jobs .... upgrades can come after classes start
