yes of course you can be 60-70% sure for that upgradation to the free seats of ee and ec

both EC & EE have a seat each in ETB category left under their belts ... so you will surely move up ... but the thing is you might not move up that much to get the branch .... so upgrades may come late to you ... might come 15-20 day after u join the college ... an its common that students once admitted to CUCEK move to SOE after upgradations
