i heard dat std who opt photonics/instrumentation/shpf they don't have to wear uniform of soe y??
Y fee of these courses r less??

only students of School of Engineering (SOE) have to wear uniform.

photonics/instrumentation/ship building are differnt departments.. outside the SOE campus in cusat.

SOE rules dont apply to them.

nope .. the seats of SHPF are fastly filled. So the chances for up gradation even in allotment sessions are little.
