you can get the free seat but only if you are a kerelite and only if you have registered in your options i.e. ce1f
when you attend the councelling for admission then at the end they will give you an admit card which will be somewhat like a joining letter which you have to bring when you come for attending the classes
that is a proof for your admission as it has the seal of the college
