How many are there under payment seat

Can anybdy tell me among the total kerallite candidates how much percentage are there under payment seats...????

all or none..... yeah you read it right .... payment seats are upon merit basis ...if someone ahead of you has a better rank then he can choose to take his payment seat .... irrespective of wether he is a keralite or not .... even keralites with quota like MSM/ETB/KST/KSC etc can opt for payment seats

kerelites can opt for both payment seats as well as the free seats

they would get that according to their ranks
