about real time seat allotment

can i got ec branch in real time allotment...cat general rank2255 payment seat... is any-chance in soe???  plzz answer...... at the time of allotment wht happen if i got a branch and my guardians are not persent...

wats waiting list status. Budyy.?

They says your parent must be present with them because they have to do some paper works on PTA.
I think its not much necessary. But dont take risk.Better you bring someone along with you
