is there any official information about the seat vacancies after counseling.?

Sme staff members in cusat say tat about 40% of students will cancel their option.....out of 10 only 6 or 7 are appearing for counsaling(in photonics)wats u r opinion

This data s abt the seat vacancies aftr 3rd....a staff in photonics branch gave me tat infrmation ystrday evng aftr counsaling.i dont knw whether it s true or false.tats why ask u about it.she also adds tat mst of students who attend counsaling also have gud keam results.they cme to secure or take a seat for their safty &mre chance to cancel it.mst of studnts who admited had pay the fees before alotment ends...so for their secuirity they atnd counsaling....
