Chance in real time allotment

Sir,my waiting list status after 3rd allotment is
psrf gen-21
inst gen-21
According to 22-6-2013,seat balance for both branches in gen is 3.
So,is there any chance for me in real time allotment?

Seat balance will surely increase after the next days counselling. So you have  a fair chance good luck :D
