chances of getting CS/IT in any campus after current position (General Outside Kerela)

After Btech 3rd allotment.... my current waiting list position is :

so what are the chances i.e. how many % to get IT in spot round in any campus...???

Try for nri .... many do that when they have low ranks ... u will even get SOE through it ....else spot round is another option which can't be assured of a seat right now ...

what are the fee for NRI quota....??? and how can i apply for it...???
