How is "real time admissions" gonna work for those who are already allotted and shall get admitted after counselling?

I'm gonna attend the counselling day after tomorrow and shall be admitted for CE1F. My waiting list in ME1F under MSM is 8.

Should I go to the university to get upgraded in the 'real time' or will it be done online? or should I apply for it separately in person? How will I know that I'm upgraded?

Upgradation to your higher option is a automatic process which will happen online. you just have to go to CUSAT and confirm your admission to CE1F there inorder to get qualified for Higher option upgration.
