how many seats r allocated for naval architecture? ??

my rank is 7748,gen non keralite.  i need to get into naval architecture course. pls help

There are 40 Seats allocatted for Naval Arch. & Ship Building at Department of Ship Technology. 

Java with the Rank 7748 you wont get the course since the last rank admitted on naval architecture was 833.
