Sir CBSE has not given the 12 th passing certificate although marksheet and migration certificate is given.would they create any problem if I am unable to present the passing certificate.as mark sheet and migration implies that the candidate has passed the exam is it a big deal.

To whom I have to write the application
you don't understand his question properly ...he said ..he has got marksheet and migration certificate ...only "passing certificate" (which comes generally after one month) has not given by CBSE yet ...so will they have any problem at the time document verification ?

Certificates needed to be here. if they have not given the same make some enquiries and try to appear with these cerrificates. if still no way out of it. make an excuse at the venue. Take a letter from your principal signed which says your marksheet is not yet recieved, which may help. The excuse is accepted if your reason is genuine. you should make the certificate appear and submitted to CUSAT if you are allotted as soon as possible.
