Are real time allotment and spot admissions the same?

Sir i want to ask that if they are different things then at what date will spot admissions be held? I am totally confused about these two. whether i have to be present in University Campus at real time allotment?

yes ... u have to be present at the time of realtime allotment .... dates of the spot admission will be announced after the realtime allotment is done ... depending upon weather the seats are vacant....they arent same

Can students who didnt alloted can atend for real?
