What are the formalities/procedures at the counselling venue?

I will just explain the same in 4 simple steps.

• report 30 minutes prior to the registration for counselling. The Counselling process involves several stages such as Registration, Verification, Interview, Payment of Fees, etc.
   
• present themselves in person with either the Parent or Guardian at the appointed time for each of the events of the counselling process. Entry to the counselling venue will be restricted to the candidate and a Parent/Guardian.
   
• fulfill the minimum requirement as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University at the time of counselling.
   
• remit the required fees in full on the spot. No part-payment of fees or postponement of date of payment will be accepted. produce the certificates/documents in original at the time specified

The admission procedure will take a full day.

I have paid the fees already via challaan within the stipulated date itself. Should I carry extra money for other fees?

Should I prepare new certificates or use the ones I already made for KEAM? The purpose is specified in them as "KEAM".
