But you do have a fair chance for the upgradation too. You will be upgraded into SOE

YOU WILL SURELY GET ALLOTED INTHE THIRD ALLOTMENT EITHER IN SOE OR IN CUCEK AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY THEN YOU WILL  GET FURTHER UPGRADED IN REAL TIME ALLOTMENTS
