my cusat 2013 rank is 13742 and esm reservation rank is 290 .do i have a chance in getting IT in the second campus?

ESM RESERVATION MEANS CHILDREN OF EX SEVICE MEN RESERVATION. DO I HAVE A CHANCE IN GETTING FOR IT IN THE SECOND CAMPUS

With a 13000 rank you can hope in 2nd.campus for IT..  The ex-servicemen reservation won't help you in engineering this year.
