about real-time allotment?

if i am allotted a branch in 3rd allotment,can i get a branch higher in my options in the real_time allotment?i prefer cse..

IF you are aloted a bracnh in the 3rd alotment. You need not participate in the real time allotment.

If a seat becomes vacant in the higher option you preffered you will be automatically upgaraded to that course.

If you are alloted in Third allotment, if they calls a spot admission you might get updated to higher options.

yes ... u will automatically be upgraded .... but real time is for those who are even behind you .... so wont be jumping too much ... the results of each days will be published by evening on the website.... please see there
