it will be the same if you have got the top choice .... if not ....u will be upgraded ... and if there are options above which u dont want ... cancel the higher options or they will be allotted to you .... u can do that by givint it to them in writing that too in person

no i mean only people who have paid in first alotment stays in the second one rite
so how would that change in the 3rd alotment?

look u might have an option higher and not yet given to you ... so in the next allotment u will be considered for it if u dont cancel the higher options .... so it will be changing if u havent got the top choice ....

no,  they also get upgraded to their higher options as other candidates.
