Same issue is being faced a lot of candidates. Immediately contact your head of the institutions and enquire whether there is a chance of getting TC/marklist early. If it's not possible, contact CUSAT and ask, would a letter or something like that from the head of your institution informing that you are unable to present the required document, would be enough. Im facing the same, but somehow managed to arrange my TC early.
