upgradation after all online allotments

Question 1

Hi,
Suppose a candidate cancels his admission after all the online allotments , Then is that seat automatically alloted by upgradation or will it be left for spot admissions ?
Also , Can an alloted candidate participate in spot admission in order to get more preferred branch?

The upgradation is done automatically with the options you are given.

You will be upgraded to your hgher options if there is any possible chance.

spot admission is only for vaccant seats left after allotment.
And if you are alloted you certainly dont need a lower option.. right?

no..alloted candidates will be upgraded to higher options automatically if there are seats available in that particular branch..:)
