Changing the branch after first year..?

I saw in a previously asked question in this forum that it is possible to change the branch after the first year. While doing so Is it possible for one to change from one campus to another?? (CUCEK to SOE)

yes..you can change branches except for INST,SHPF,PSRF and PHOT..

sliding between campuses is also possible..but depends on seat availablity and rank obtained by the candidate..:)
