IT in second campus

when i checked previous year cutoff like in 2010 2012 2013 I found in general IT in 2nd campus has been given to rank till 13000.. so if i get 5000 rank can't i get IT in second campus?? I'm from new delhi.. general.

Yes you can. It depends on the order of the option you give during the allotment process which is same to as in JEE or any other entrance exam.
