sir.. I wish to do EC in SOE..I prefer free seat. After trial, came to know that Im at 165 in EC1F. My cat rank is 1136. General, keralite. Would I get that?

Don't worry. I think you have good chances for you to get EC at SOE. the numbers will change after succesive allotments.
