not getting desired branch at rank 820 non kerala general.

Question

I am a non kerala general with rank 820 in CAT 2013. In the first trial allotment I am getting IT in SOE but I wanted ECE or CSE or EEE.
What will happen if I dont take admission in the first allotment starting from 3rd June to 7 th June. Wont my name get published in the second allotment list to be published on 10th June. Moreover last year the closing ranks for non kerala general in EEE CSE ECE were around 1200. What should I do?
