can i get a seat

My cusat cat general rank is 11216 and nri rank is 187. Will i get a seat in cse/it/ece in the SOE campus.

Sorry you might not get in any seat in SOE nor Second campus. Last year NRI quota closed somewhat around 10K, so that's also cant be hoped.
