chances after first councelling?

After my first counselling, my waiting list position for civil is 33. My rank is 3513 (general and keralite).
Do i have the scope to get the course?

You have a chance but not sure it will automaticaly update if there any vacancy available .and you can also try spot admission

When comparing with the last year , you do have chance for Civil .. Look @ the balance seats for btech

What does indicative vacancy position means in the balance seat matrix? 2 days before my photonics waiting list was 1 and there was 1 seat left but now it shows 0 seats for photonics for general.. but the last rank admitted is same. How is that possible? does this matrix shows only available seats for next counselling sections and not for waiting list candidates?
