Mechanical engineering and Safety and Fire engineering are both good departments of SOE.. people always have good demand for these branches in CUSAT. Both Departments are blessed with Good faculties and High paying jobs. Desicion to take Safety and fire or mech rests completely on you . All the best !

i would have gone for Safety and fire engineering.. its not that i hate mechanical engineering but i think safety engineers have more chance !!
