Try giving options such a way that CIVIL Payment seat in SOE CAMPus ie CE1P should be your highest option !! but i cant guarantee you the branch since the departments distribution is purely based on ranking and rush

basicly wht u have to do is that give civil1p ur first preference n then give other options.....as per ur rank u really have a chance of getting civil in soe....
