I am a 2014 passout and i have only one backpaper left,

i have got 43 marks for that paper (ee 602) in november 2014 special supplimentary, is there any way to surrender this paper????

Ya .. there is a 80 percentage chance you will be passed in the revaluation process. I hope you have given the same !!
