Details about consolidated marklist and application for degree after clearing backpapers ?

Iám a 2013 passout but had 5 backlogs.but now i have cleared all the backlogs . I would like to know the procedure for applying for degree certificate and consolidated marklist. Can i apply for the same from my college or else i need to approach university office for this.. Please Reply...

You need to approach both your college and university for this purposes.. Make an enquiry in your colelge office for more information on the marklist and all. You would require some official signatures also.
