All the B.Tech students admitted from 2000 onwards are eligible to avail this last chance which is only for external examination.

Having considered the requests, sanction is accorded by the Vice-Chancellor to grant one more chance for those who have completed the permissible period as per regulation to pass the course on or before 31st December 2014, as a Special Case, subject to reporting to the Academic Council.
Which means yes ! but i suggest you to make it double check and okay , that you are eligible or not with the office of your College. and surely check the disclaimer of this forum :
