when CUSAT return our Balance fee??

Question

Sir I got Admission in CS2F (I paid 43300rs) and I Upgraded to PSRT (fee ~14000) in July  , So I wanted to Know when they return my Balance fee? (~29000)

As far as we know the refund is not made in cash but in the next year fees. means the excess fees will be deducted from the next year fees. if any money is left then the University will be providing the same using Refund process which will be out on Next Financial year as seen. 

I am attaching the approval of Refund list of 2012 admission which was published on May 2013 for more clarification.
