Sir, i am a 2012 batch student i heard from 2012 syllabus onwards CUSAT going to implement year out rule which says "if u don't clear 1st year papers you cant enter 3rd year" is this correct ?

Dont worry as officilally its not yet Notified . ! there was been a talk from 4 year before. Till now its not been made into action. So i would say you dont worry about that !!
