Having waiting list number 210 for IT1F; Will real time allotment be of any help?

I am having a waiting list number of 210 in IT1F even after the 3rd allotment and I belong to general category . Is it possible for me to get admitted for IT in real time allotment?

Well,What made me ask this question was that when i checked out previous year cut off ranks for IT1F, It was 6800 (yr 2012) and 6400 (2011).... Am having 3805
